With just over 350 pupils Kingham Hill remains small to allow the school to sustain its caring, home-from-home community where every child is nurtured, challenged and inspired to succeed academically and within their personal lives.
Our boarding houses are spacious yet cosy, with an average of just 25 pupils per house. Likewise, our small class sizes provide tailored usppot t our pupils, helping them to achieve excellent academic results.
Helping every pupil fulfil their potential has been a hallmark of the School for many years, and progress and success are fundamental to what we do. Education is, however, about so much more than qualifications.

Scholarships
The School offers Academic Scholarships for pupils joining in the Year 7, Year 9 and Lower Sixth Forms.
Exhibitions are offered to pupils primarily in Music (for Year 7 and Year 9 entry) and Sport (for Year 9 and Sixth Form entry), although an Exhibition may be offered in any field of
performance where excellence on a national level has been demonstrated.
Entrance Requirements
After registration, children will be invited to attend an assessment and informal interview with the Headmaster. The assessment covers English, Maths and General Reasoning skills. No revision is required.
