CLC PUPILS CELEBRATE A LEVEL RESULTS 2023

Pupils are celebrating exceptional A Level results today, with A* grades making up a more than a third (39.5%) of results.

CLC A Level resultsThe A Level Class of 2023 has secured places at a range of top universities across the UK, including Bath, Cambridge, Durham, Exeter, Loughborough, Oxford, UCL and Warwick. Many will also be going on to study at world-leading US colleges such as Brown, NYU, UCLA, USC, Pratt Institute and Wellesley College, as well as Vrije University in Amsterdam.

University courses range from Fine Art at Edinburgh and Medicine at St Andrews, to Mechanical Engineering at Imperial, Psychological and Behavioural Sciences at Cambridge, and English Law and Spanish Law at KCL.

Across the cohort, 71% of results achieved by CLC A Level pupils are A* and A grades.

Principal Eve Jardine-Young said: “I am delighted by the outstanding results that our A Level pupils have achieved this year, particularly in the midst of a return to pre-pandemic grading and within a highly competitive higher education landscape.

“I am exceptionally proud of them all, not only for the excellent exam results that they have received today but also for the maturity and dedication that they have displayed throughout the disruption and change in recent years.”
