Years 10 and 11 are the crucial years for most children. The outcome of this two year period may determine what will happen in the rest of their lives. What they need now is support and guidance from experienced hands.

 

 

Greenfields Upper Seniors:

  • covers ages 14 to 16, Years 10 and 11
  • teaches all key subjects with the aim of  giving every individual expert attention in these critical years
  • uses the Cambridge curriculum, designed to produce the International General Certificates of Secondary Education (IGCSEs) in the subjects taken and recognised around the world.
  • has small class sizes enabling almost one-to-one tuition in some cases
  • utilises a working technology (Study Technology, learned and drilled in Years 7, 8 and 9) for dealing with individual study problems and in which the students have received personalised training
  • gives generous longevity discounts which place all of this within reach financially. (Upper Seniors students are entitled to a 5% discount for every year they have spent in the Junior and Infant  School, up to a maximum of 30% off.)

 

At Greenfields, the Upper Senior years:

  • have experienced teachers with expertise in their subjects
  • are organised to deliver the best possible product to each individual
  • consists of five terms of study over a period of two years (with one term being taken up with the examinations themselves)
  • are carefully timetabled and programmed to get the best out of all preceding years of education
  • are carefully tracked using Cambridge assessments to measure each student’s progress, enabling support to be given immediately where needed
