West Buckland School is still in full swing, with a number of key worker children being taught at school every day. With many of their parents working on the front line in the hospitals and health centres around the region, the children decided to show their appreciation and thanks in the school’s sports hall!

Key working children are joining up with their fellow pupils in both the Prep and Senior schools in a full timetable of interactive lessons with their regular teachers, including some really impressive art, DT and sports projects which they are able to do in their own homes. There is no doubt that this has been a success with the parents, with many commenting on how nice it is to be able to hear their child interacting with their classmates and teachers over the internet.

The school has fully embraced the culture of virtual communication and will be holding a Virtual Open Day on 16th May.
