Residential Accommodation

Our accommodation can host over 250 guests during school holidays, making it ideal for residential groups such as orchestras, sports teams, or educational and wellness retreats. Across seven boarding houses, we offer single, twin, double, and multi-bedded rooms, including 100 en-suite beds. Each house features cosy common rooms and a welcoming, homely atmosphere.

All stays include meals in our dining hall, with options for BBQs, afternoon teas, packed lunches, or three-course dinners with wine, tailored by our experienced catering team.

Sports and Fitness Facilities

Our sports facilities are highly regarded in the region and are available to hire for both one-off events and regular weekly sessions.

• All-Weather Pitches: These can be booked as full or half pitches and are regularly configured for netball, hockey, or lacrosse, depending on the season. Pitches are floodlit, allowing year-round use in the evenings, and are available 7 days a week from 6pm to 10pm, with extended hours during school holidays.
• Large Sports Hall: This indoor hall includes markings for a hockey pitch, basketball and netball courts, four badminton courts, and a volleyball court. It also features changing rooms, showers, and toilets, making it ideal for team training and competitions.
• Tennis and Netball Courts: A fenced, fully marked outdoor area offers three tennis or two netball courts, available individually or together. These can be hired as part of a wider residential package or for standalone use.
• 25m Indoor Heated Swimming Pool: Our five-lane swimming pool is 3.7 metres deep at its deepest point and comes with starting blocks and a spectator viewing area. The pool is available for exclusive hire only and includes the provision of at least one qualified lifeguard. Changing facilities, showers, and toilets are also included.
• Fitness Suite: Our recently refurbished gym is equipped with cardio machines, resistance training equipment, free weights, sled, mats, and mirrors. It’s suitable for group fitness sessions or individual use and includes access to showers and toilets.

Holroyd Community Theatre

Our state-of-the-art theatre is a fully equipped venue for performances, conferences, and special events. It seats 180 in raked seating (extendable to 260) and can be transformed into cabaret or classroom layouts. The theatre includes a large stage, professional lighting, AV equipment, dressing rooms, a green room, and a beautiful foyer with bar facilities. Hire includes technical and front-of-house staff, plus a marketing package and listing on the theatre’s events page.

Outdoor Amphitheatre

For something truly unique, our outdoor Amphitheatre provides a dramatic and flexible open-air venue. With seating for up to 600 guests and a raised performance area, it’s perfect for summer productions, concerts, ceremonies, or outdoor gatherings. Surrounded by the natural beauty of our campus, it offers a memorable setting for any event.

Booking Information

Facilities are open 7 days a week from 6pm–10pm, with longer hours during school holidays. Free onsite parking is available throughout the site, and our friendly team is always on hand to assist with your booking.
