Bromsgrove School Pupil Awarded for Top Marks

A former Bromsgrove School pupil has been awarded a prize for attaining the highest mark in one of his A Level exams.

William Hunt, who left Bromsgrove School this summer, has been awarded the Salters-Nuffield prize for attaining the highest mark in the Salters-Nuffield Advanced A level Biology exam. Launched in 2010, the Salters-Nuffield Advanced Biology course is a national course taken by 6,759 students at A2 level. William is awarded for attaining the highest mark in the course and will receive a cheque for £200 plus a certificate to be awarded at a ceremony at Salters’ Hall on Friday 29 November 2013.

Head of Biology Dr Woollhead congratulated Will, describing his award as an “outstanding achievement”.
