Bromsgrove School – The international smash-hit musical comes to Artrix courtesy of Bromsgrove Senior School this January

04 Feb 2017

On 24th, 25th & 26th January, forty-four 16-18 yr old Bromsgrove School pupils will be taking part in this truly international production encompassing students from America, Shanghai, Nigeria and local students from Bromsgrove and the surrounding area.

Set in 1962 at the height of racial segregation in Baltimore, can Tracy Turnblad with her big hair and an even bigger heart, defy prejudice and dance her way onto national TV and into the arms of Link Larkin? Or will the wicked Von Tussles get their mean-spirited way after all?

This amazing musical features the hit songs Welcome to the 60s, You Can’t Stop The Beat, The Nicest Kids in Town and many more.

Don’t miss this terrific feel-good show that will have you wanting to just dance, dance, dance in the aisles!

Tuesday 24th – Thursday 26th January 2017 at 7pm.

£7.50

£5 – over 60s, students & under 16s
