Sixth Form Prior Park College student, Aman Agarwal won the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Junior Doubles tournament, Grade 3 in Almeteivsk, Russia last week. Aman Agarwal trains with the full LTA Academy at Bath University.

Aman juggles his studies at Prior with his burgeoning tennis career which sees him travelling the globe to take part in tennis tournaments. He is currently ranked in the top 100 U18 players in the world.

Director of Tennis at TeamBath, Mr Barry Scollo comments: “Aman has made a great impact here at TeamBath IHPC and is a pleasure to coach and train. He is very professional in his conduct and we have all been impressed by the way he approaches his tennis and studies. This recent tournament success is well deserved after a winter of hard work. He will have a busy Easter in Spanish events of the same grade as Russia and, if all goes well, look towards French open juniors and the Junior Wimbledon.”

Aman’s partner for the doubles tournament was Sam Butler (GBR) who trains with Aman at the University of Bath.
