Kingham Hill School – Tough Mudder challenge raises over £800 for charity

After successfully completing a challenging Tough Mudder event last year three of our staff decided to include some of our senior pupils for this year’s London South fundraising challenge. Fortunately the age range has just been lowered to 16 so nine pupil volunteers were able to join the four staff members.
One of the team suggested that this year they raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust and this they did in true Kingham Hill style. Grit, great team spirit and sheer determination saw them running through 12 miles of mud and obstacles to raise over £800 for this most worthy and appropriate cause. And we think it’s muddy when we do cross-country runs!
Well done everyone. What an achievement!
