    The College provides outstanding transformative education and pastoral care for boys who thrive in a specialist learning environment. The impact of our stimulating surroundings provides a meaningful setting for a broad and balanced educational experience.

    Slindon College is a centre of excellence for moderate learning difficulties. The College adopts a holistic approach to learning support so that class teachers and specialist staff work together for the benefit of pupils who require individual support. We support a wide range of Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) including Autism Spectrum Disorder.

    We have the skills, experience and resources to provide a comprehensive support package, tailored to the needs of your son.

    Our ISI report in 2022 stated that ‘The quality of the pupil’ personal development is excellent’ and ‘Pupils rapidly develop in their self-confidence, self-awareness and self-worth as they move through the school.’

    10 miles west of Worthing.

    Our nearest train station is Barnham with direct links to London Victoria.

    Facilities

    We teach in small, individualised classes that are highly bespoke to meet each pupils’ needs. Our 1:5 teacher to pupil ratio, with Learning Support Assistants in most classes, means students are given the individual attention and support they require.

    Slindon College facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool for swimming skills and kayaking; Multi Use Games Area for basketball, football, tennis and handball; Farm and Horitculture area with two donkeys and two alpacas; Sensory Garden; mountain bike track; Forest School; Sports Hall for table tennis, squash badminton etc; art and graphics studio with dark room for photography; motor mechanics garage with electric race car.

    Entrance Requirements

    Following an informal chat with our Admissions Officer to assess suitability we will request copies of reports and references from the applicants’ current school. Upon review of the information we may offer pupils and parents a tour of the College where they can meet the Headmaster and Lead SENCo. The College is nonselective and prospective pupils can apply throughout the year.

    Day Pupils: Years 7 – 13: Termly Fee: £7,265, (£21,795 per annum)

    Weekly Boarding Pupils (4 nights):  Termly Fee: £9305, (£27,915 per annum)
