Malvern College hosts National Prep Schools’ Cross Country Championships

Malvern College hosted the 24th annual National Prep Schools’ Cross Country Championships on Sunday 13th March in which over 1000 pupils from more than 80 schools competed in perfect cross country conditions.
Four races across the Malvern College campus and the Wells Common yielded the following year group and team winners for the Under 11 and Under 13 girls and boys races.
In the Under 11 Girls’ race, Nathalie Camp from Hall Grove School in Surrey was the individual winner and Cheam School, Berkshire won the Team Competition. William d’Arcy from Abingdon Preparatory School, Oxfordshire won the Under 11 Boys’ individual race, helping his school win the Team Competition.
Poppy Clark of Beaudesert Park School, Gloucestershire and Fraser Sproul from Sedburgh Preparatory School, Cumbria won the Under 13 Girls’ and Under 13 Boys’ individual races respectively. The Under 13 Girls’ Team Competition was won by Wycliffe Preparatory School, Gloucestershire and Yardley Court Preparatory School, Kent won the Boys’ Team Competition.
