Kingham Hill School – Saturday afternoon tea

29 Jul 2016

We were very pleased to recently welcome members from our neighbouring villages and Chipping Norton to Kingham Hill School for a Saturday Afternoon Tea.

The tea was organised by our school’s Helping Hands programme, an initiative created by our Science teacher Mr Lane to encourage pupils work and volunteer in the local community.

The day took place in the atrium of our Science and Maths Veritas Building, which our pupils decorated for our guests.

Once the guests had arrived, our pupils served them sandwiches, tea and cakes that they had prepared earlier in the day.

Our pupils did a great job of serving the local community and enjoyed meeting and speaking with our invited guests.
