18 year old Charlotte Mitchell from Winchester, St Swithun’s head of school and a music scholar, was recently invited to join the prestigious Rodolfus Choir. The choir is one of the leading young choirs in the United Kingdom with a reputation for their commitment to the very highest level of musicality. Comprising some of the finest young singers in the country, its members are all alumni of the Eton Choral Courses.

Conducted by their founder Ralph Allwood, Charlotte joined the choir to sing in concerts at St Paul’s Cathedral, Cadogan Hall and a sell-out performance at St John’s Smith Square over the Christmas period.

Director of music at St Swithun’s, Mrs YiRu Hall, said   “ This is a wonderful opportunity for Charlotte to develop her voice and perform with other promising young singers. I am sure she will enjoy it immensely”
