28 Mar 2012

On 23 March, 400 guests attended the reception to mark the launch of the twelfth edition of Preview, the political magazine that is written and produced by Caterham School students.

Students, advertisers, parents, Old Caterhamians and teachers travelled to Westminster Cathedral Hall in the heart of London to celebrate the launch, which, this year was part of the School’s Bicentenary celebrations.

The magazine has articles written by some of the biggest names in politics and journalism, including BBC Reporter and Producer, Peter Leng and Daily Mail sports writer Joe Ridge, as well as features written by members of the Caterham School community. This year’s magazine also included articles by Former Conservative Prime Minister, Sir. John Major and Conservative MP, Damian Hinds.

David Clark, Assistant Headmaster, who founded the magazine, said “Preview has become a wonderful Caterham institution and provides students with the opportunity to contribute towards a highly professional publication as writers, editors, cartoonists, designers or event managers.”
