Trinity Pupils Celebrate GCSE Success

Trinity pupils had cause for celebration when they opened the traditional brown envelopes containing their GCSE results on Thursday 20 th August.
On average, they achieved an impressive 7 A*/As. Overall Trinity School GCSE results saw 78% of A* to A grades and over 99% A* to C grades, with one hundred per cent (100%) of students achieving at least 5 A* to C grades.
Particular congratulations go to the 41 students who achieved 7 A*s or better. James Slater (age 15) from Croydon was Trinity’s star performer, achieving an outstanding 12 A*s. He had this reaction: “I am very relieved and very happy! I am now really looking forward to next year.”
Mark Bishop, Headmaster, praised the hard work by pupils and teachers: “I am delighted with the results and very pleased that the hard work by boys and teachers has paid off.”
